Find the product you have
The model name and part code are printed on the box label — codes such as EDWIES, EDCLTR, BLES00 or NFCMIC. Search by either, or filter by family: EDGE display loggers, BLOCK modular sensors, the CORE probe, NFC single-use tags, water meters and gateways. Every product in the range is here, including the ones whose manual is still being written.
Setup steps that match your model
Registration comes first for every connected device: create a free account at app.loggerflex.com and add the unit with the Serial Number and DUID from its label, then set it up. WiFi models raise a temporary "Datalogger" network you join to hand over your 2.4 GHz credentials. Cellular models connect over a built-in eSIM with no SIM card to fit. NFC tags are activated with a triple-press and read with a phone. The CORE probe needs at least one ingredient in your account before it will measure.
Manuals, datasheets and certificates
Each product links to its full user manual on this site and, where published, a printable PDF in English, French or Spanish. Datasheets carry the exact ranges, accuracy figures and operating limits. NIST-traceable calibration certificates belong to the probe rather than the logger, so they are looked up by the ID or QR code printed on the probe itself, with no login required.
Warranty, service and getting more units
Every LoggerFlex product carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of shipment. Hardware is sold and supported through authorised distributors, so your distributor handles warranty claims, service and additional units or accessories. Have the Serial Number, DUID, purchase date and supplier ready when you contact them. If you are not sure who supplied your device, our team can point you to the right partner.
