Find the product you have
The model name and part code are printed on the box label — codes such as EDWIES, EDCLTR, BLTPRS or NFCMIC. Search by either, or filter by family: EDGE display loggers, BLOCK modular sensors, NFC single-use tags, water meters and gateways. Every product in the range is here, including retired models still in the field and the ones whose manual is still being written.
Setup steps that match your model
Registration comes first for every connected device: create a free account at app.loggerflex.com and add the unit with the Serial Number and DUID from its label, then set it up. WiFi models raise a temporary "Datalogger" network you join to hand over your 2.4 GHz credentials (a WPA2-Personal or WPA3-Personal password; the logger gets its IP address by DHCP). Cellular models connect over a built-in eSIM with no SIM card to fit. NFC tags are activated with a triple-press and read with a phone. The cellular water meter is claimed with its serial number and DUID.
Manuals, datasheets and certificates
Each product links to its full user manual on this site and, where published, a printable PDF in English, French or Spanish. Datasheets carry the exact ranges, accuracy figures and operating limits. NIST-traceable calibration certificates belong to the probe rather than the logger, so they are looked up by the ID or QR code printed on the probe itself, with no login required.
Warranty, service and getting more units
Every LoggerFlex product carries a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, running from the date of purchase (invoice date). In Canada and the USA you can claim directly with LoggerFlex; elsewhere, your distributor handles warranty claims, service and additional units or accessories. Probes are covered; consumables, physical or water damage, opening the case and unauthorized repairs are not. Have the Serial Number, DUID, purchase date and supplier ready.

The range covers WiFi and cellular data loggers and alarms (the EDGE and BLOCK families, designed and built in Canada) that report to LF Cloud without a gateway, and whose patented power management (US Patent US 11,455,877 B2) runs EDGE and BLOCK loggers for up to 3 years on 4 AA batteries on WiFi models (up to 2 years on cellular); single-use NFC temperature loggers for shipments; cellular water meters; and remote water quality monitoring. LF Cloud servers are only in Canada.
