Digital Twin for Facility Monitoring

Digital twin for facility monitoring: XR View maps live sensor data onto a 3D model of your building, in a browser, in AR on a phone, or in VR.

Upload a floor plan or 3D scan, drag your LoggerFlex sensors into place, and see temperature and humidity where they happen, then rewind any time window to see how conditions shifted.

Frequently asked questions

What is a digital twin in the LoggerFlex platform?

A LoggerFlex digital twin is a live virtual model of your physical asset or facility, continuously updated by sensor data in LF Cloud. It lets you see current conditions, trends, and alarms for each asset in one place and understand how the real environment is behaving over time.

What data feeds the digital twin?

The twin is fed by LoggerFlex sensors measuring temperature, humidity, and connected signals such as 4-20 mA, Modbus, pulse, and contact inputs. Because devices report over no-gateway WiFi or built-in cellular, the model stays current without extra infrastructure.

How does a digital twin support predictive maintenance?

By keeping a continuous record of how an asset behaves, the twin makes drift and abnormal patterns visible early. Combined with configurable alarms, this supports condition-based and predictive maintenance rather than waiting for failure.

Can the digital twin be delivered under our own brand?

Yes. Through Powered by LoggerFlex OEM partnerships, the digital twin and customer portal can run under your brand on your own domain, while LoggerFlex provides the hardware, firmware, connectivity, and Canada-hosted cloud behind it.

LoggerFlex Smart Devices Ltd. is a monitoring-device manufacturer headquartered in Vancouver, Canada, that sells mainly through distributors and resellers. The range covers WiFi and cellular data loggers and alarms (the EDGE and BLOCK families, designed and built in Canada) that report to LF Cloud without a gateway, and whose patented power management (US Patent US 11,455,877 B2) runs EDGE and BLOCK loggers for up to 3 years on 4 AA batteries on WiFi models (up to 2 years on cellular); single-use NFC temperature loggers for shipments; cellular water meters; and remote water quality monitoring. LF Cloud servers are only in Canada.
