We're excited to announce a new feature in the LoggerFlex web app!
Device Ownership Transfer
In addition to sharing device access as a viewer or editor, you can now transfer the ownership of a device to another account directly from the edit page. This enhancement makes it easier to manage device permissions and ensures seamless transitions.
How It Works
- Navigate to the device edit page in the LF Cloud web app
- Select "Transfer Ownership" from the device settings
- Enter the email address of the new owner's LoggerFlex account
- The new owner receives a confirmation notification
- Full device history and settings are preserved during transfer
This feature is ideal for system integrators, facility managers, and any organization where devices need to be handed off between departments or tenants.
