Introducing LoggerFlex's WiFi CO₂ data recorder with an advanced remote alarm function. The BLOCK CO₂ sensor provides four distinct alarm capabilities to ensure comprehensive monitoring.
1. Momentary Min/Max Alarms
As a fundamental alarm function, BLOCK CO₂ can immediately push an alarm if CO₂ intensity or temperature exceeds the maximum or falls below the minimum adjustable threshold. This ensures instant response to dangerous spikes.
2. Adjustable "Persistent Condition" Alarm
To filter out possible momentary fluctuations, users can adjust the persistence duration of the condition before the alarm goes off. The system only triggers the alarm if CO₂ intensity or temperature remains outside the defined limits for a certain configurable duration.
3. Time-Weighted Average Long-term Exposure Alarms
BLOCK CO₂ can continuously monitor CO₂ levels to ensure compliance with various long-term exposure regulations. Users can define rules based on CO₂ intensity levels and duration of exposure, and the system will send an alarm if long-term exposure is detected, calculated based on time-weighted average values.
4. Trend Change Detection Alarm
The most sophisticated alarm type detects rapid changes in CO₂ concentration trends. Even if absolute levels haven't reached alarm thresholds, a sudden upward trend can indicate a developing problem. This predictive capability gives operators advance warning to take corrective action.
