This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, LoggerFlex will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, cracked or broken enclosure; (c) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact (unless you possess a bun THERMO), fire, earthquake or other external cause; (d) to defects caused by tampering or repair carried out by unauthorized persons
