FloodLinc offers comprehensive water leak detection with a sensitive 3-meter (extendable to 100 meters) cable that detects water contact anywhere along its length. It provides immediate audible and visual alarms, plus notifications via phone call, text, and email to unlimited recipients. Utilizing existing WiFi, it requires no additional gateway and boasts over three years of battery life with user-replaceable AA batteries. The device also monitors and records temperature and humidity, sending alerts for frost and mold risks, and keeps a non-tamperable record of incidents for thorough documentation.

- Delay for Alarm: Up to 24-hour delay can be set to notify only if measurements remain out of range for a specified period, reducing false alarms.
- Trend Detection: Sends email alarms if a drift beyond a certain adjustable percentage is detected over a specific adjustable period.
Recording (Sample) Intervals: Adjustable from 1 minute to 30 minutes (down to 2 seconds or up to 120 minutes upon request).

Port II Dry Contact Input (Optional): This port can connect to any source of digital (dry contact) input, such as a door magnet, duress button, or PLC digital output. When the circuit is closed, the device sends an audible and visible alarm (a red flash and beep every 5 seconds) and dispatches an email, text message, and automated phone call to an unlimited number of recipients. The device continues to beep and flash as long as the contact remains closed and repeats the reminder alarm every hour until the contact is opened. Once the contact is opened, the device syncs again.
