Is there a monthly subscription fee for the online application?

Not necessarily! We offer two levels of access: "Free Plan" and "Premium Plan". For most customers, the "Free Plan" covers all essential needs. Additionally, every device comes with one year of complimentary "Premium Access". After the first year, if you choose not to renew Premium Access for $23.99 per year, your account will automatically revert to the "Free Plan".

The device’s functionality can be divided into two categories:

Alarm Function & Data Recording and Report Function

 

Alarm Function

The alarm function operates the same in both the Free Plan and the Premium Plan. LoggerFlex devices provide real-time alarms, which can be sent to an unlimited number of recipients simultaneously. Email alerts are free of charge, while text message and phone call alerts incur a small fee of $0.02 per text and $0.05 per call (per user). Each device comes with an initial $5.00 credit, and additional credits can be purchased online through the app's "My Profile" page. Importantly, alarms work without a subscription, regardless of your plan.

 

Recording and Report Function

The LoggerFlex Cloud application allows users to access historical data, view graphs, and generate professional reports. Data sharing is also available for team members with different access levels: viewer, editor, and maintenance.

With the "Free Plan", users enjoy most of the software’s features, including graphs, data readouts, and advanced industry-specific reports, just like with the Premium Plan. However, there are two key differences:

A) In the "Free Plan", access to historical records and reports is limited to the last 45 days. With the Premium Plan, you can access all data from the date of installation.

B) The Premium Plan allows the device owner to grant access to unlimited team members as viewers or editors. This feature is not available in the "Free Plan", although any previously shared devices will continue to function and remain shared as before.

Is there a monthly data fee for cellular devices?

We offer a bundled data plan with our cellular device. There is no monthly cost for the first year. Starting in the second year, there is a fee of $4 per month, billed annually at $48 per year, which includes both the data plan and free premium access to our online app.
