To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Log in to https://app.LoggerFlex.com.
- Go to the “My Profile” page by clicking the “Person” icon in the top right corner.
- Scroll down to the “My Credit” table, find your device, and click the “Unsubscribe” button.
Please note the following when you unsubscribe:
- Your device will continue to function normally until the end of the current subscription period. For example, if your renewal date is the 5th of each month and you unsubscribe on the 27th, your device will work until the 5th of the next month.
- Your service will end at the conclusion of the subscription period. Be sure to download your data from the web-based application in Excel format if you want to keep a copy. Your data may be deleted from the server immediately after the subscription period ends, depending on your subscription model. For more details, read the instructions provided on the web-based application during the unsubscription process.
You must return your equipment to MaxLinc within 30 days from the last day of your subscription. For return instructions, visit https://www.loggerflex.com/return-the-equipment/.
